We operate a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it
Unworn and unused
With all original tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Cap Collection does not offer refunds.
All approved returns are eligible for:
An exchange, or
Store credit (issued as a digital code)
Store credit:
Will be issued once the return is received and inspected
Has no expiry date
Can be used on any future Cap Collection purchase
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at capcollection000@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
We do not accept returns on:
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Custom or limited-edition drops marked as final sale

If you wish to exchange an item:
Request a return via email within 14 days of delivery
Once approved and received, we will issue store credit
You may use the store credit to place a new order
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Please note:
Refunds are not offered
Approved returns within this period will be issued store credit only, provided the item is returned unused, with tags, and in original packaging
