Returns & Exchanges

We operate a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn and unused

  • With all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Approved returns should be sent to:

Important: No Refunds Policy

Cap Collection does not offer refunds.

All approved returns are eligible for:

  • An exchange, or

  • Store credit (issued as a digital code)

Store credit:

  • Will be issued once the return is received and inspected

  • Has no expiry date

  • Can be used on any future Cap Collection purchase


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at capcollection000@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or limited-edition drops marked as final sale

Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Request a return via email within 14 days of delivery

  2. Once approved and received, we will issue store credit

  3. You may use the store credit to place a new order


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not offered

  • Approved returns within this period will be issued store credit only, provided the item is returned unused, with tags, and in original packaging

This policy complies with EU consumer regulations while maintaining our store-credit-only model.
